If the assigned tutor does not meet your needs, GoTutor can promptly arrange a replacement tutor at no extra charge. However, such situations are uncommon, as we carefully match clients with top-quality tutors to ensure satisfaction. Please note that lessons already conducted with the previous tutor will still be chargeable.

First lesson: If a client cancels or reschedules less than 2 hours before the scheduled lesson, they must pay 50% of the lesson fee to cover the tutor’s transport costs and time.
Subsequent lessons: Tutors should communicate their personal cancellation policies to the client in advance. Any issues related to cancellations are handled directly between the tutor and client, outside the agency’s responsibility.
